New Patient Medicals

We like to see all new patients when they register. This ensures that no important details are overlooked and is also an opportunity for a brief health check. If you are not on medication then the nurse can see you and do your health check but if you are on medication then it is best to book with a GP. When you attend, please bring the completed questionnaire and a specimen of urine in the container and bag provided.
